The Kachina Hill Homeowners Association website is provided for your information and convenience.  It is the only “official” electronic communications site operated by the association and it will be managed to ensure it meets the legal standards for an HOA website.  If you have questions or suggestions on this website, please use the Community Improvement electronic form under “For Residents” “online forms.”

The Board of Directors is charged with managing the HOA in accordance with the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and applicable Federal, State, and County laws.  We want to do that hand-in-hand with all homeowners and residents, in a cooperative manner, providing for the long-term maintenance of the Association’s capital assets and enhancing the value of each homeowner’s property.  We ask that each owner read and comply with the governing documents and assist the community and Board of Directors in identifying potential improvements and/or cost savings for the Association.

RENTERS

The Board of Directors understands that this is your home while you are renting here.  We will treat all residents in a fair and equitable manner and will use this website to keep everyone up-to-date with any information related to the community.  In return, we ask that you maintain an awareness that compliance of the rules is required of you as well as the owner of the property you are renting.
